Concert Bands

Coral Reef’s band program has a long-standing history of excellent wind bands. The ensembles perform advanced high school and college level repertoire for various concerts, assessments and festivals. In 2018 both concert bands received straight Superior ratings at District FBA Concert MPA and the Wind Ensemble received Superior at FBA State Concert MPA. The Wind Ensemble is the programs top ensemble and membership is based on auditions that take place in the spring. Members of both concert bands are expected to practice daily and heavily encouraged to take private lessons on their major instrument.
